New permanent exhibition for Nationalmuseum, designed in collaboration with Henrik Widenheim. We worked with different curators for each room and developed a system of podiums, walls and glass cabinets to allow the museum to display more objects from its extensive collection. The work with the permanent exhibition included the color selection for the different rooms, which attracted a lot of attention internationally.

THE OFFICE WON THE COMPETITION TO DESIGN A NEW SCIENCE CENTER FOR THE MUSEUM OF TECHNICAL SCIENCE IN STOCKHOLM - TEKNISKA MUSEET. IT IS THEIR BIGGEST-EVER INVESTMENT AND ONE OF THE LARGEST IN SWEDISH MUSEUM HISTORY. THE ENVIRONMENT IS MEANT TO AROUSE CURIOSITY ABOUT THE BRAIN AND ITS PROCESSES FOR CHILDREN FROM THREE TO FIFTEEN YEARS OLD. MEGAMIND HAS BEEN DESIGNED AND METICULOUSLY CONCEIVED DOWN TO THE MINUTEST DETAIL IN ORDER TO MAXIMISE ACCESSIBILITY AND CONVENIENCE FOR ALL OUR VISITORS - BOTH LARGE AND SMALL, AND WITH VARYING DEGREES OF FUNCTIONALITY. THE TWO HEMISPHERES OF THE BRAIN ARE BROUGHT INTO PHYSICAL FORM THROUGH TWO VERY DIFFERENT MAIN EXHIBITION VOLUMES - ONE TAUT AND STIFF, THE OTHER SOFT AND UNDULATING. HIGH-TECH IS MIXED WITH LOW-FI EXPERIMENTS, BODILY EXPERIENCES WITH LOGISTICAL CHALLENGES - EVERYTHING TO GIVE THE VISITOR AN EXPERIENCE THAT'S AS PLEASURABLE AND ENRICHING AS POSSIBLE. TEKNISKA MUSEET WAS AWARDED swedish museum of the year 2016.

Exhibition design for the temporary exhibition "Concrete Matters", with objects from the Patricia Phelps de Cisnero collection of Brazilian Neo-Concretism. The exhibition design enters a dialogue with the artworks and the exhibition walls are inspired by the formal language of the art movement. "Concrete Matters" was displayed in the main room of Moderna Museet.

THE PROJECT TAKES PLACE IN A FORMER ANTI-ATOMIC SHELTER. AN AMAZING LOCATION DOWN UNDER THE GRANITE ROCKS OF THE VITA BERG PARK IN STOCKHOLM. THE CLIENT IS AN INTERNET PROVIDER AND THE ROCK SHELTER HOSTS SERVER HALLS AND OFFICES. the AESTHETICS of the building gets its influences form brutalism and SCIENCE fiction. the metal mesh FACADE creates a MOIRÉ effect as you pass the building, a digital PHENOMENA in i PHYSICAL form.   the data center recovers the heat that the hardware produces and returns it to the heating system of the city. the site is located about 200 meters from Fortum's new biofuel heating plant. the plant powers the data center which also recycles the waste energy which can heat at least 20.000 dwellings.
