RESTAURANG AGNES

Location: Stockholm
Year: 2016

The concept for Restaurant Agnes was inspired by the Swedish artist Lars Englund. The organic glass fibre lamps in the ceiling are made of the same mould as Englund used in the 70s for the panels on Polishuset, which is close to the restaurant. Also, the pattern on the floor is inspired by an enamel facade that Englund made in the 60s. The contemporary artists Ilja Karilampi and Simon Mullan have also been involved in the project.
